Highly qualified constant therapists
To maintain the highest standards, our team comprises highly qualified professionals. Our hiring process ensures that we only employ behavior technicians with a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services and who hold a bachelor's degree. To further ensure their competency, our behavior technicians are required to pass an advanced exam equivalent to a behavior analyst assistant.
We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care, which is evident in high salaries. We offer high wages to attract and retain top-tier behavior technicians who are committed to delivering exceptional service. Unlike many ABA centers that pay hourly wages, our technicians receive a high monthly income, reducing turnover and creating a stable learning environment for our clients. It is not uncommon for learners in other centers to have multiple instructors in a day, which can hinder the learner-instructor bond and impact learning. In contrast, our learners have a maximum of two behavioral technicians as instructors, ensuring a stronger relationship and better learning outcomes.
Leading our team is a behavior analyst with extensive expertise in the field. With more than 10 years of experience and multiple academic publications, our behavior analyst has provided services to families with a variety of cultures across the globe, including Central and South America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
