To further ensure their competency, our behavior technicians are required to pass an advanced exam equivalent to a behavior analyst assistant.

Unlike many ABA centers that pay hourly wages, our technicians receive a high monthly income, reducing turnover and creating a stable learning environment for our clients. It is not uncommon for learners in other centers to have multiple instructors in a day, which can hinder the learner-instructor bond and impact learning. In contrast, our learners have a maximum of two behavioral technicians as instructors, ensuring a stronger relationship and better learning outcomes.
